[Test principle]
Under acidic conditions, neutral alpha-glucosidase activity is retained by inhibition of seminal plasma acid alpha-glucosidase, which decomposes the substrate to form the final product p-nitrophenol (PNP), p-nitrophenol at 405 nm The wavelength has a maximum absorption peak, and its absorbance is proportional to the activity of the seminal plasma α-glucosidase per unit time.
[Validity Period]
The kit is stored at 2-8 °C, and the expiration date is 12 months. The components other than NAG substrate and glycosidase inhibitor can be stored at 2-8 °C for 45 days after opening. The kit must be used within the validity period.
