[Test principle]
Fructose of seminal plasma is dehydrogenated by the specific enzyme to form 5-keto fructose, and the product forms a formamidine compound under the action of hydrogen donor, and its absorbance is proportional to the content of fructose in the seminal plasma.
[Validity Period]
The kit is stored at 2-8 °C for 12 months. The other components except fructose solution can be stored at 2-8 °C for 45 days after opening. The kit must be used within the validity period.
