
Determination of the citric acid level in seminal plasma (Citric)
The citrate lyase decomposes citric acid into a keto acid. The reaction product of the latter with a coupling agent has a maximum absorption peak at a wavelength of 340 nm, and its absorbance value is proportional to the citric acid content of the seminal syrup.

The kit is stored in the dark at 2-8 °C. The expiration date is 12 months. The other components except the enzyme solution can be stored at 2-8 °C for 45 days after opening. The kit must be used within the validity period.
